Open decisions
Decisions taken or still open that affect every widget.
- Live focus styles. Live removes the outline on
:focuseverywhere; parity reproduces that, which is an accessibility regression to raise with the client rather than fix silently. - AFL defaults for club tokens. afl.com.au has no club theme tokens.
club-themes.csskeeps the repo's AFL defaults for--theme-primaryand--theme-secondaryat:root(AFL navy and red) so themeable widgets have a value on afl.com.au; the other 28 tokens have no AFL default yet.
Resolved
- OQ-1, screenshot threshold. A share of differing pixels (
PARITY_SCREENSHOT_THRESHOLD_PCT, default 0), not a colour distance. Within it the cell is a yellow warning that counts as passed; above it fails. - OQ-8, where the skills live. The migration skills live in this repo's
.agents/skillsonly.telstra-legacy-aflm-webis left untouched and gets no copy. - Matrix widths. Derived from the Tailwind preset breakpoints, not a fixed six, and capped at 25 cells per widget.
- Tickets for rebuilds. The change log is always written and the original ticket reused; a child ticket is filed only with
--track.
What the tracker holds
Explanation: the registry, its two workflows and how it ties to Jira. Setup and the API are in the tracker README.
How it works (parity track)
On the parity track, the team sets a priority and the tracker creates the ticket. The Software Factory picks it up, records its job number on the item, records the live widget, builds it and runs the parity harness until every check passes. Results and screenshots land back here, the agent opens a pull request, and the team reviews and merges it.
