Sync design system and club tokens

How-to and background: regenerate `design-system.css` and `club-themes.css` instead of editing them.

Design system tokens

bun run --cwd packages/config sync:design-system reads the design system's variables and themes at a pinned commit and writes packages/config/src/design-system.css. Every token is prefixed ds- (bg-ds-primary, p-ds-xs, rounded-ds-sm, ds-title-l-bold, ds-m:) so it never clashes with shadcn or the AFL tokens. The design system itself assumes a 10px root, so its rem values are converted to px and work on the default scale. Club themes switch on data-club-theme, AFLM/AFLW/finals on data-theme.

Club themes

bun run --cwd tools/parity parity:themes records each club's resolved values into tools/parity/themes/live-tokens.json and generates packages/config/src/club-themes.css from them (literal values per club, plus each Tailwind --color-* alias that points at a theme token, redeclared in the club scope so utilities pick up the club value). Do not edit that CSS by hand; re-run the command.
