The skills agents follow, grouped by category, and how Claude Code and Codex find them.
The skills for this repo, shared by Claude Code, Codex and any agent that follows the Agent Skills standard. Codex reads this folder directly; .claude/skills is a link to it, so Claude Code reads the same files.
Agents only find a skill one level down (<name>/SKILL.md), so skills stay flat here and declare their category in frontmatter instead of a folder:

To add a skill, create <name>/SKILL.md here with a metadata.category, and add its docs page under apps/migration-tracker/content/docs/skills/<category>/.
